2nd Jan - Arrived home 8.30pm, unloaded minibus full of kit into front room.

3rd Jan - Unpacked all the boxes, repacked and took an up to date inventory (see below)
Washed all team T shirts for storage
Washed 5 x sleeping bags which were taken as spares and lent out
Returned minibus (used as van!)

4th Jan - Emailed school correct numbers & began process of settling rent figure (SU pay in advance and then we settle the correct amt after the event.
Put all boxes in loft
Returned PA to hirer
Returned ents PA to st laurence reading
Began looking at accounts

Man where to start,

Just got home from taking the Van back to the hire place. We (Alan and I) finished last night at about 9pm. We managed to get away from Hitchin at 415pm, arriving home at 6ish. We then shot straight over to the mitchells (having first unloaded our stuff from the van) and began driving around unloading the PA.

All that remains now is to sort out the photos, thankyou letters, sorting out our front room (which is rammed with CD stuff) and the finances. not to mention about 50 loads of washing! (team T shirts!!)

Core team meeting provisionally arranged for first weekend of Feb half term near oxford.

Done bed plan, submited YP list to SU, printed off door name labels, finalised packing for theVan,

Tesco

Have just done the Tesco delivery for fruit, veg, herbs, orange juice and various other miscellaneous goods. Took a very long time and nothing worked properly! Had to do the order 3 times before it would go through! Tip for the future - change the address you want to deliver to BEFORE you order, otherwise you have to start again and you have £300 of stuff ready to be delivered to your house!!

Spent £358 inc. delivery. Booked earliest delivery slot - 9-11 on the 28th. Hope that will leave us enough time to do everything else on that morning...

Better late than never!

Still have heard nothing from 3663 so went at the weekend and bought all the dry goods for the kitchen from Bookers. Didn't spend that much...now where did i put the receipt...
Now fingers crossed it will all fit in the van! (Good luck Matt and Nick!)

Team changes

With the low numbers of YPs, we wont need all 16 cell leaders.

Following a convo with Tom White and Hannah Voke (cell team leaders) I've decided to reallocate at least 2, if not 4 cell leaders.

Anna wilson has taken on full time craft and recreation role, which is great.

Sarah and Pete have agreed to be on core team for the 07/08 holiday.
