All the YPs booked have received an email & letter of confirmation. Most of them have now paid in full and have sent back photos of themselves.
All the team badges (at least everyone we took photos of at the training weekend) have been laminated & the YPs will be done as they come in & definitely before CD starts - from experience, it's far too big a thing to do once arrived.

Catering (v boring - don't read this unless you're cooking!)
Just spent the weekend sorting out catering stuff - it took ages! We sent off our info to 3663 yesterday, but should have done earlier - may be too late to use them.
Have planned to get stuff from bookers and tesco. We'll get the dry and tinned stuff ahead then drive over on the 28th and pick up frozen and fresh.
This is fascinating stuff! Sure you're all riveted... but hopefully will be helpful next year.

This Countdown Diary is designed to help with planning in future years, or to assist any handover of leadership which may occur.
The idea is to document at which point of the year we as a core team accomplish key tasks, so we can check we are on target in future years.

Pete & Sarah (nearly) Preston were invited at the team day to join the CD core team, and will spend 06/07 on core team but without responsibility, ready to step up for 07/08.
