Tesco

Have just done the Tesco delivery for fruit, veg, herbs, orange juice and various other miscellaneous goods. Took a very long time and nothing worked properly! Had to do the order 3 times before it would go through! Tip for the future - change the address you want to deliver to BEFORE you order, otherwise you have to start again and you have £300 of stuff ready to be delivered to your house!!

Spent £358 inc. delivery. Booked earliest delivery slot - 9-11 on the 28th. Hope that will leave us enough time to do everything else on that morning...

Better late than never!

Still have heard nothing from 3663 so went at the weekend and bought all the dry goods for the kitchen from Bookers. Didn't spend that much...now where did i put the receipt...
Now fingers crossed it will all fit in the van! (Good luck Matt and Nick!)

Team changes

With the low numbers of YPs, we wont need all 16 cell leaders.

Following a convo with Tom White and Hannah Voke (cell team leaders) I've decided to reallocate at least 2, if not 4 cell leaders.

Anna wilson has taken on full time craft and recreation role, which is great.

core team addition

Sarah and Pete have agreed to be on core team for the 07/08 holiday.

Brochure/programmes

Finalised draft for Holiday brochures.

Made 2, one for team with conacts etc and one for YPs.

Bought all the tuck today from Bookers cambridge.

Not sure how much we need, so went on impulse (normally works ok.. )

spent £185 (minus 2 lots of banquetting roll for ents @ £6ea and 2 packs of napkins @£4 ea) so total tuck spend £165.
